The location. The size of the room.
The a/c was not working during the 4 nights of our stay. No apology or discount received for the lack of this basic service. The shower is very small. Only one chair was provided on the balcony.

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel clean with free parking. It is nice to be able to walk to town.
Someone had smoked in our first room, but we were quickly moved to another room.

Rooms are good and clean and modern, restaurant is not getting any credit. Lack of staff, long waiting times, the restaurant staff speak nothing but Italian. Quality? It is not in line with the price and i do not understand why its rated as 4 star, to us its more like 2 star at the most. Reception staff was very nice and friendly.

The location was excellent and particularly good, just next door to a very calm and peaceful suburb and a 10-minutes drive to Turin. Ate at La Fornarina, it's just a short walk away from the venue.

The location of the hotel, not too far from Palazzo D'oria, was absolutely perfect. We were offered a reasonably large and very spacious room with a large comfy bed; everything was very good.

Parking easily found, free. Dinner 15 Euros, mouthwatering three-course meal. Hotel colorful, clean, attractive. Fantastic, friendly, accommodating staff. Fast wifi. Near airport.

The value for money at Gotha Hotel Turin Airport was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and had a large terrace. The location in a calm and peaceful suburb was a plus, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by providing a designated area for guests to use their laptops while enjoying a coffee.
